Executive Job Description	Regional Sales Manager Location: Dallas The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales performance goals for a team of 3-5 representatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience with a successful track record of sales and managing a small team. Seeking the strategic sales leader who can manage a fast paced, transactional sale based product. Duties and Responsibilities: · Achieving revenue and expense budget requirements · Hiring and training of sales professionals · Provide timely revenue forecasts and projections · Conduct account and activity reviews in order to insure sales success · Conduct performance reviews, providing coaching and counseling to improve employee’s performance · Establish clear and measurable goals for the sales team to insure maximum growth · Identify and communicate key growth opportunities to executive team. · Ability to gain market share growth utilizing CRM Qualifications/Requirements: · Proven track record of managing a repeatable sales process and methodology · Prior sales management experience with a record of positive results · Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive sales programs plans is necessary · Previous experience in driving training programs or mentoring programs · Ability to work across multiple departments to achieve desired results · Large and national account background a plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills Contact: jhipp@impactpartners.com
