A Fortune 500 global manufacturer has engaged our firm to assist them in their search for a high potential candidate to become Regional Controller over their North American operations. This position is one of the top five financial positions in the company with specific responsibility for operations generating over $1 billion in revenue. The person hired for this position will quickly show up on the succession charts for consideration to replace the CFO when he retires in 2 – 3 years. The ideal candidate must have a very strong accounting and SEC background, exposure interacting with International locations and be able to think and behave like a General Manager when interfacing with Senior Executives. In addition we are looking for someone who has shown steady career progression, has tenure with their current employer and is currently being groomed for higher level responsibilities. In other words, “job hoppers” need not apply.
