Executive Job Description | Regional Manager of Service & Spare Parts Division - $120-140K + 40% Bonus - Business Services (Maintenance/Repair/Installation) - Commercial & Industrial Building Systems such as HVAC, Fire, Safety, and Security Systems - NY City location. The primary function of this position is mange sales and the P&L strategies that grow the service & spare parts business unit. This position will manage the district Spare Parts component Warehouse, Sales & Field Service organizations, lead business development of the Service business, and ensure customer satisfaction in regards to quality and timely service during inspection, repair,maintenance of equipment, and other services. Will partner with the District General Manager in establishing the Service vision and strategy, strategy execution, customer and community interaction, and direct sales involvement and support of the Service business. Strategic position supporting field managers located in customer/service facilities. Responsible for management of regional managers, dispatch, and employee and contract service technicians. Participate in key customer visits, service, and sales calls. Must be willing to travel at least 25% |
