Although this firm could have been accused of resting on its laurels for a time, having developed one of the largest and most recognized practices in the region, this firm is now much more proactive in management and long term planning. With historically strong real estate and environmental practices, this large firm is now focusing on its intellectual property and technology capabilities. So too are the partners focusing on associate life, which may have gone by the wayside until recently. Associates now working in these traditional offices are generally happy with this firm's progress into the 21st century.
