PBM Sales Executive (Pharmacy Benefit Manager Sales)
Location: East Coast
My client is a leading Pharmacy Benefit Management company in the United States. They have a unique solution that has allowed them to differentiate away from the competition and capture significant market share. They mainly target mid to large employers directly with their offering.

Responsibilities:
- Selling solutions into the employer market, specifically into companies with 5000+ employees
- Continuing to foster relationships with current clients throughout the territory
- Implement strategic business plans for each client and show the ROI for the products
- Execute sales presentations to C-Level executives
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years with direct PBM Sales experience
- Experience selling direct to employers with 5000+ employees
- Experience presenting to large groups
- Lives in the Northeast or Southeast
Compensation:
- Base salary is 80-120K (negotiable on experience)
- Plus commission plan 200K at plan
