Executive Job Description | North American Sales Director Greater Providence, RI - USA- based; A leading manufacturer of engineered metal components with facilities in six countries, seeks a successful Sales Director for an exciting executive level opportunity. Reporting directly to the President, you will direct and lead business development, sales engineering, distribution, and support teams in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. We seeks candidates who have what it takes to continually challenge themselves and their colleagues to provide the best solutions for customers, who take pride in their work, and who have a passion and drive to grow professionally. Successful candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree (BSME), or equivalent and fifteen years of successful engineering, sales, applications engineering, and sales management. We require a high-energy motivator, who has been successful in setting sales goals and continually challenging themselves, and their sales team, to meet or exceed those goals. You must have a verifiable track record of achievements leading a team (15+) providing technical solutions. In addition to being an effective organized leader, you must have the proven ability to develop strong long-term external and internal relationships with employees and customers. You will also personally maintain, and develop, large key accounts. Company culture is very hands-on with a leadership-by-example and team orientation.
