Executive Job Description	We are seeking a technically astute financial reporting specialist with SEC reporting expertise. You will be joining a dynamic reporting team responsible for a variety of internal and external GAAP reporting. This is a high impact group with significant decision support and ad-hoc reporting activities that originate with executive management. The selected professional will work on a variety of financial analyses involving technical accounting issues, research of variances, and the formulation and presentation of recommendations for more efficient processes. Superior written and verbal communication skills are required as you will regularly interface with division and corporate financial management, business operations stakeholders and a variety of external vendor resources. A consultative personality and strong instincts for collaboration would serve you well in this role. Regularly interface with internal and external auditors, corporate accounting operations and business line finance resources should be expected. You must be comfortable in taking ownership of projects from inception to conclusion and provide technical and organizational direction to analysts and accountants residing in this financial reporting organization. Profile Desired: •BS in a business discipline •MS or MBA a plus •CPA strongly preferred •5 plus years of SEC reporting experience •Strong GAAP skills •Demonstrated project leadership •Strong communication skills •Knowledge of FAS 115 / FAS 157 preferred Base in the $100 to 135k range plus bonus (20% target) and exceptional benefits package.
