Executive Job Description	Company expects 60% growth with new products and market penetration by year's end. This is an entrepreneurial atmosphere international sales/sales management experience in dental capital goods or consumables absolutely necessary. Your territory will be Central and South America. Manage 34 present international distributors, expand and penetrate new countries. Analyses effectiveness and working with distributor's personnel to strengthen their product sales. Sell and open new distribution, teach and train personnel, support and manage country distribution. Monitor and empower level of success of each distributor and its value to the Company. Requirements: Minimum 5 years International Dental Distribution Management experience with a focus on Central and South America. Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Spanish additional European language skills a plus. Be prepared to provide for confidential verification your Book of Business of current distributors you will bring to the company. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Power Point Presentation Must be able to sell to existing customers, establish and grow the territory, and be able to establish distributors and train them throughout Central and S.
