Executive Job Description | The IT Security Management Analyst will play a critical role supporting the implementation of standard business processes, policies, technology, and information systems.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Identity Lifecycle Management Program.
• Assist with the development of IT policies, procedures, and controls.
• Take responsibility for Identity Lifecycle Management Environment and initiatives utilizing Identity Access Management Tool (to be chosen).
• Provide technical guidance on security management and operations utilizing best practices.
• Assist Business Support/Operations with regular ongoing end user support, security, and identity management administration.
• Directly develop, coordinate, and disseminate security and identity management training and awareness programs.
• Perform internal audits to ensure adherence of IT processes and controls.
• Support efforts to address security incidents and mitigate all identified vulnerabilities and risks to technical security.
• Implement and maintain controls and compliance infrastructure to support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements.
• Participate in corporate and industry interest groups that focus on information security and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience in information security and/or audit
Experience utilizing Enterprise Identity Management Solutions is mandatory for this role.
Thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, data communication, and IT
History of successful IT project implementations with ever increasing project scopes
Demonstrated ability to take a practical business-focused approach to IT Security
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and simultaneously work on high visibility projects to assure completion
High level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
Familiarity with Security Administration and Role Management preferred
Experience in managing multiple IT providers in an outsourced services model preferred
Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders.
