Executive Job Description	Human Resources Director Location: Charlottesville, Virginia Salary & bonus & equity Relocation provided Our client is a regional integrated communications provider based in Waynesboro, VA. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources with dotted-line responsibility to the President of Wireless Operations. The HR Director is responsible for leading and directing six HR Managers within their respective geographic markets. As a business partner, the DHR will work closely with the Division President and other executives to develop and implement HR strategies, plans and programs to drive performance, enhance employee satisfaction and leverage talent management. • Bachelors’ degree and 10+ years of HR leadership and management experience. • Talent acquisition experience in a multi-unit field retail environment is critical. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to excel in a fast paced, change driven environment. • Graduate degree and SPHR certification desired. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint If you are interested and qualified, please send a “Word” copy of your resume/CV and salary requirements to the address below.
