Executive Job Description	Dynamically growing, privately-held, international Capital Equipment Company is seeking to expand their US operation three-fold. Immediate opening for an experienced Human Resources Director. Individual must have a proven background of HR success as an HR Generalist. Individual will be responsible for developing an HR Division from the ground up, to include employment policies and procedures, employee benefit programs, training, etc. Human Resources Director will be responsible for both developing and implementing ALL human resources directives. Candidates must possess a broad knowledge of ALL HR issues, along with both state and federal employment regulations. Must have a MINIMUM of EIGHT years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, to include supervisory experience. Candidate must have proven company loyalty – JOB –HOPPERS will NOT be considered. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a Human Resources discipline. MBA or MSM a plus.
