Executive Job Description | Summary: Responsible for the implementation and coordination of human resources policies, programs and practices including employment, employee relations, compensation, training, safety and health, and employee services supporting client groups. Work as a strategic partner with management team and employees to accomplish business goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and training for all levels of staff on the interpretation and administration of HR policies including recruitment, performance management, EEO, wage and salary management, employee development, succession planning, benefits and all related policies in a fast paced environment. Support and provide guidance and build understanding of managers and supervisors with employee relations and/or relations issues including constructive coaching, counseling discipline and progressive action procedures. Provide employee relations advice and assistance to operational management; design and direct implementation of strategies/initiatives, and deliver management training.
Experience Required:
Preventive labor experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related discipline, advanced degree preferred 7-10+ years of experience in human resources, particularly in a field operations environment; with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory/management of HR programs and staff. Demonstrable knowledge of general HR policies, programs, methods, practices and procedures related to employee relations, recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP Administration. |
