Executive Job Description	Description Reports to Corporate Director of Human Resources and functionally to the Refinery Manager Human Resources Executive will be responsible for all HR responsibilities for a Refinery and will administer all HR policies at the Refinery. This includes compensation, bonus plans, benefit programs, employment, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc. The Executive will be responsible for the operations and maintenance training disciplines as well as the Payroll Department. Requirements Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR management experience at an Energy related corporation - i.e. Refinery Industry, Chemical Industry, Utility, and perhaps Engineering & Construction Industry. Union experience is desirable as well as non-union experience. Union experience is not required. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Pay for this senior position is highly competitive, has bonus potential and also has stock option potential. If needed, relocation expenses will be paid.
