5 years experience as a Hospital - Chief Human Resources Officer in a Hospital setting. Healthcare experience is a MUST!
Looking for an experienced Human Resources Director. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions including recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and JCAHO preparedness.
Very Hands on position
Minimum requirements include Bachelors degree in Human Resources
