Executive Job Description | The primary responsibility of this position is to execute financial reporting (within the yearly financial cycle) of the holding company. In addition the Head of FP&A is the primary interface with the two subsidiaries and will consolidate reporting. Responsibilities include process improvement and execution of the reporting, business and project financial analysis, administration, and special projects. Reporting Relationship Directly reports to Vice President Finance and supervises a staff of 1 Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to) 1. Supports the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual managerial reporting for the leadership team, Board of Directors, and senior management. 2. Coordinates the activities related to the financial cycle, reporting of Results, Forecasts and Budget/Plan. 3. Acts as a primary liaison with external accounting firm and auditors of respective entities to ensure that the financial results are recorded accurately each month. 4. Acts as a primary liaison with subsidiaries to ensure accurate, complete and timely reporting. 5. Evaluates content and quality of subsidiary planning forecasts and provides feedback. 6. Ensures forecasts are properly entered into the finance systems. 7. Reviews business model of subsidiaries. 8. Identifies opportunities to improve the subsidiaries’ profitability and cost control. 9. Prepares the consolidated business plan (P&L and cash-flow statements).
10. Act as a primary liaison with internal planning and reporting divisions as needed to efficiently and effectively carry out job functions.

Qualifications Knowledge 1. Broad exposure to finance and accounting issues and general business acumen. 2. Business understanding of corporate reporting, planning and budgeting processes. 3. Knowledge of consolidation processes. 4. Understanding of technical issues impacting business performance. 5. Working knowledge of automated accounting and management information systems. 6. Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management system 7. In addition to GAAP, familiarity with IAS/IFRS standards is a plus

Strong leadership ability including strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong project and team management skills including: priority setting, scope development, risk assessment, and scheduling. 4. Ability to work in an international organization
Education: 1. CPA - Required and MBA - Desired. 2. 10-12 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
