Executive Job Description | Key Responsibilities
• Lead Organizational Review/ Organizational Assessment / Organization Design for functions supported. • Provide consultation to client groups in support of organization and associate relations issues. • Facilitate Change Management as necessary and appropriate. • Lead internal and external Talent Acquisition and retention efforts to include development of staffing funnels. • Lead Performance Management and Development Planning activities for assigned groups. • Lead Talent Review Process and follow-on development/succession planning efforts for assigned groups. • Ensure implementation of Leadership Development efforts for assigned groups. • Direct implementation of New Associate Orientation as appropriate. • Manage Annual Compensation (Merit, Incentive Compensation and Equity) processes for assigned groups. • Lead annual Associate Survey and Action Planning activities for assigned groups • Manage exit management process, including assessment of turnover and execution of countermeasures for organizations/functions supported. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including management of annual Standards of Compliance training for assigned populations. • Ensure compliance with employment related laws for organizations/functions supported. • Manage day-to-day associate relations including problem solving, counseling and coaching, fact-finding, etc. for assigned populations. • Participation in functional Policy Deployment, including action item execution and monthly reporting/countermeasures for organizations/functions supported.
Job requirements:
1) Have a recognized college degree from a "top flight" school (Master's preferred) 2) Have experience in a manufacturing organization with a "Top Flight" H/R philosophy 3) Posses the ability to grow in the H/R function 4) The ability to travel internationally 5) Possess a work history that includes top flight employers and a career history of promotions |
