Executive Job Description	• Perform complex and detailed financial analysis on a variety of financial statements to include actual results to forecast, budget and prior year results • Assist in driving functional metrics, controlling cost and work closely with the financial leadership in order to achieve business goals • Produce and monitor key drivers of changes to balance sheet and resulting cash flow • Participate in cross-functional activities focused on solving business issues and enhancing our competitive advantage • Develop and generate reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis using various applications • Design and create ad hoc reports • Develop high-level presentations and supporting documents used in communication with Leadership team • Document operating procedures • Audit financial records and transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP • Perform complex technical accounting research to provide management with timely information to make informed decisions • Facilitates cross-functional communication with other areas of the business JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 plus years of professional Finance/Accounting experience • Proficient in all MS Office applications • Three (3) years public Accounting preferred • CPA candidate preferred • Knowledge of Oracle and Essbase preferred • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis and reporting of financial data • Strong written and verbal communication, team and partnering skills are essential • Ability to act proactively, independently and decisively to quickly assess needs • Ability to face situations that are unstructured • Ability to compile fact based data into a logical presentation
