Executive Job Description | A leader in diagnostic laboratory testing seeks an E-Marketing Manager, Hospital Marketing for its New Jersey location. The individual they seek is a talented and professional Marketing Manager capable of working in a growing, fast-paced environment to manage all aspects related to e-marketing including e-mail campaigns, web content and digital media. Must be able to relate to and build productive relationships across the organization (e.g. with R+D, regulatory, clinical, sales, etc.) in order to implement required strategies and tactics to drive growth/maintenance of the product line in accordance with the company’s goals and objectives. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership, commitment to quality, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
KEY DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop e-marketing plans for Hospital Service business collaborating with commercial marketing team to product support plans, with the goal of maintaining and expanding revenue, brand awareness, market share and profit margins. - Assess current e-marketing “situation” and consequently develop and communicate a comprehensive e-marketing strategy potentially with third party vendors; assist with development of solutions that overcome obstacles in selling against competitors. Improves ability to compete in this Hospital market. - Coordinate activities across departments to assure efficiency in the implementation of marketing plans and sales campaigns. - Ability to manage resources and budget directly and indirectly to achieve results. - Supporting field needs, including the ability to prepare training materials, field communications, present e-marketing plans. - Create tools for e-marketing tools to support tools to promote effective selling by our sales teams. - Monitor market, competitor, and customer base to collect and recommend competitive response strategies. - Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED: - At least three to five years e-marketing experience in the healthcare industry. - Experience in developing and executing e-marketing programs and sales tools - Travel required 25% - Bachelor's degree required - Masters Degree a plus
