Executive Job Description | Our client is a leading investment management company. Due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking an experienced e-Commerce Marketing Manager. The key to this position is that a person will be doing some of everything
project management, developing new material, using cutting edge web technology and developing the strategy for using the web to reach the client. This position is not for a person that wants to do just one aspect of this job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and manage annual e-business objectives and strategies
Lead the development of website information
Work with other departments to recommend website content, functionality, tools and user interface
Manage competitive research and reporting
Work with sales and client services to develop campaigns
Manage all external agency resources
Manage the E-Commerce budget and support
Background Requirements:
5 years of internet marketing experience within the financial services industry
4 - 5 years of experience working within marketing communications within the financial services industry
Advanced experience in web enablement technology including content management systems, graphic design and production tools, document conversation and manipulation tools
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Flash, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and Photoshop technologies strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS required
Strong knowledge of mutual fund products highly preferred
