Executive Job Description	Digital media company offering state of the art communication and guest tracking systems to the restaurant industry seeks a Director of Training. This role will support the company’s client training process by maintaining an adaptable client training model that ensures superior execution and consistent replication of manager and staff training among all clients and restaurant brands. This role will manage the company’s training staff and will be responsible for the recruitment and development of company trainers, ensuring the staff is knowledgeable and have the skills and resources needed to meet the expectations of the client. This role will provide ongoing evaluation of the company’s training processes, procedures, standards and measurements to ensure the continuous improvement and adaptability of the service and technology provided to clients. This role will report to the Vice President of Sales and is based in Charlotte, NC. Requirements: Successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, preferably in the casual dining segment. A minimum of 3 years experience in a training delivery and facilitation role along with 5 years supervisory experience is required. Organization is looking for an individual who has a lot of energy and a proven ability to achieve results through others. A Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
