Executive Job Description | Our client, a world class manufacturer of electrical products sold both to retail and industrial channels, seeks a person to head up its recruiting function. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15+years experience in managing the recruiting function for a major corporation. This person will supervise a staff of 6-8 people with recruiting responsibilities ranging from the Vice President level down to developing strong college recruiting programs.
The ability to deal with the President and other key executives, while at the same time exhibiting a "hands-on", "get-the-job-done" attitude, is critical. The environment is dynamic and highly professional and requires a person to take ownership of the responsibility, yet at the same time, exhibit flexibility to adapt to corporate changes when necessary. The position is East Coast based. Company will relocate. A strong education background a must. |
