Executive Job Description | The area of expertise necessary for this position is in providing leadership and management of the overall sales and marketing operations, including the development of annual and long-term strategic sales and marketing plans for new and existing accounts; analyze sales statistics and market profiles, and monitor trends that indicate the need for new processes or products. Accountable for profit and loss of the division. Will manage current marketing campaign with outside marketing partner. Will be responsible for the hiring and development of the sales team as well as providing leadership. As a member of the senior management team, this position reports directly to the President , and holds a key responsibility for actively participating in the planning, analysis, and solution seeking processes which will lead the company towards ultimate success.
A minimum of 5 years strategic sales/marketing experience preferred. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role of a sales team. Strong sales and sales management skills and the ability to develop recommendations based on analysis of data and market information. Should have excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work cooperatively and effectively with managers, associates and customers. Experience in some form of Industrial sales, MRO, Packaging, Plastics, Containers, Boxes, Tapes, Maintenance, Cleaning or Janitorial supplies preferred.
Base Salary is $100 - 110K plus bonus (max 20%) Candidates should live in the Southeastern Mass. or Rhode Island Area.
