Executive Job Description	Company is an internationally recognized provider of Heavy Lift/Heavy Transport services. Services include end-to-end heavy haul transportation management, from the selection of equipment to loading, securing, unloading activities; determination of jurisdictional weight and size restrictions; relocation of utilities and obstacles. Responsible for coordination and support of the day-to-day operations for the Heavy Haul OTR division. Focus will be on Asset Utilization, and meeting operations and P&L metrics. Will evaluate and enhance standard operating procedures while meeting an aggressive operating plan. Challenge is to optimize costs, increase revenues and improve profitability. Background Required: • Heavy Haul Operations Management (5 years) • Knowledge of Various Multi Axle Trailer Configurations • Heavy Haul Rate Structure Knowledge • SOP Development and Implementation • P&L • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook • Location: TX – Houston Area (relocation assistance) Background Preferred (but not required): • Heavy Haul Brokerage • Driver Retention Strategies • Asset Utilization • Equipment Knowledge (Goldhofer, Dual Lane Dolly, etc.) • Education: College Graduate-BA or BS Other Essential Abilities and Skills: • Results driven • Team player (operates through consensus) • Business acumen • High energy & persistent
