Executive Job Description	Exciting and growing full service restaurant chain is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function of the company. The primary focus of this role will be execution of corporate marketing/national calendar initiatives, oversight of the ad agency and directing media, print, local store marketing and public relations with all intended purpose of driving sales. The Director of Marketing will lead and direct one Marketing Manager and provide creative and strategic direction. This role will work closely with the senior leadership team and will report directly to the COO. This position will be based in North Dakota. Requirements: Successful candidate must have a strong marketing background within the full service chain restaurant industry. Organization is looking for an individual who is a go getter with good depth, attitude and a genuine desire to make things happen. Strong organizational and project management skills are a must. Successful candidate must have the ability to understand operational objectives and have the ability to develop marketing programs that build, enhance, and meet these objectives. A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred.
