Executive Job Description
Human Resource Dimensions / RA Clark Consulting is currently engaged in a search for a VP, Learning and Development for the nation’s first 24/7 global network broadcasting live, interactive, HD auction programming and cool VOD auction road trips.

This position is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and leading the development of complex learning designs in support of business unit and corporate strategic goals and initiatives.

Description:

Create the tools, systems, and oversight necessary to provide a common approach to Learning and Development. Collaborate with the Executive Talent Management team to develop and implement Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives. Research and design alternative strategies for managing workforce planning. Work with the Director, Recruiting to develop strategies for talent identification and succession planning.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have demonstrated experience as a Learning and Development professional and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant HR-related principles and practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

•Bachelors degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, or related field.
•Minimum of 8 years experience in Leadership Development and Organization Development/Effectiveness or Business Consulting roles.
•Previous experience in implementing company-wide Learning and Development programs including, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Career Development programs is required.
•Media and Entertainment experience is a plus.
•Candidates should have considerable experience working with clients at all levels of an organization and particular those at the highest levels, including president.
•Proven analytical skills and a solid understanding of metrics and measurement for the purpose of evaluating results and the ability to discern and articulate successes and/or the case for change
