Executive Job Description | We are a national executive search firm that has a specialization in HR positions. Our client is a large multi-unit retailer headquartered in the Northeast that is seeking a Director of Labor Relations. The successful candidate will come from a large non-manufacturing organization where he or she is chief spokesman in labor negotiations. Experience in administering multiple contracts with multiple unions is essential. Candidates should also have experience in overseeing grievance procedures and handling arbitrations and labor board matters. A J.D. degree is a plus but not required.
