Executive Job Description | DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Domestic and global management of infrastructure and infrastructure operations; (2) Planning, designing, and driving implementation of all desktop and server hardware and software including data center and telecommunication solutions; (3) Domestic and global project management to include project planning, resource management, management of project scheduling, assessment of project risks, risk mitigation, project milestone monitoring, and providing accurate reporting on projects to executive management and the stakeholder community; (4) Ensuring domestic and global infrastructure projects are delivered on time, and on budget; (5) Assisting executive management in the driving of strategy with regards to design, planning, and implementation of strategic plans as well as process, best practices, policy, and procedure for all things infrastructure within the enterprise; (6) Driving disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, monitoring, and enhancement; (7) Monitoring, assessing, approving, and prioritizing change requests; (8) Hiring, coaching, mentoring, staff development, and succession planning; (9) Management of all infrastructure administration to include LAN, WAN, SAN, database, e-mail, telecommunication, etc.; (10) Relationship building with all stakeholders, staff, peers, other groups and departments, third party business partners, vendors, etc.; (11) Software licensing and contract/maintenance agreement negotiation and management; (12) Establishing Service Level Agreements and ensuring that SLA’s are met.
REQUIRED:
MUST have an undergraduate degree.
MUST be in a corporate (non-consulting) role currently with responsibility for managing a large domestic technical infrastructure, and technical infrastructure staff.
MUST have 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 6 years of oversight of large data center operations, large 24x7 enterprise network and telecommunication infrastructure, and SAP technical infrastructure/administration.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT SAP design, implementation, and administration from a technical infrastructure leadership perspective.
MUST have direct hire/fire staffing responsibility of a team of 8 or more technical staff members as well as direct departmental and project budget management experience.
Pluses: ITIL. MBA or MS or MA. Global infrastructure experience. PMP.
