Executive Job Description	Direct and monitor activities and quality of service provided by staff. Develop and monitor the annual operational budget for the RBH IT Department. Collaborate with Director of IT Las Vegas, General Manager, Riviera Black Hawk managers and supervisors in other departments. Develop and implement processes and procedures for managing efforts within the department and between departments. Ensure compliance with architectural design and divisional systems integration standards/guidelines. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure all projects are adequately budgeted and staffed. Employ project management methodology in accordance to the guidelines, processes and procedures of the General Manager. Identify training needs and manage the training and development of self and staff. Select and work with vendors and outside consultants to bring optimal solutions to the Riviera Black Hawk Casino. Monitor developments in the information technology field to be able to make suggestions for the improvement of applications and reliability. Essential Function Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and software. Recommends and plans IT to support and meet company objectives based on research and evaluation. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups as per company policies. Administers, maintains and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of company databases and cost containment. Documents and maintains IT procedures for hardware & software installs. Troubleshoot through verbal descriptions. Supervises and assigns workload to PC Network Specialists. Develops and conducts user specific training when needed. Knowledge of SOX and IT audit procedures. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Duties Coaching and development of managers and supervisors in IT department. Directly responsible for delegating work. Establish and outline specific measurable goals for IT department. Requirements GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED Job Qualifications Knowledge, Skill and Ability: Technical software skills and experience to include MS Office, Windows client, MS server, MS SQL and JD Edwards. Aristocrat Slot Management system is a plus. Technical skills and experience in local and wide area networks. Education or Formal Training: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in information systems development and implementation. At least 5 years experience with analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional levels.
