CAREER OPPORTUNITY/ QUALIFICATIONS: Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States An educational background such as a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Math & Science academia experience.
Strong software engineering background required; You must have excellent technical and system design skills, excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices/processes, and must be able to effectively convert delivered simple and complex business requirements/needs into coded, tested and maintained software solutions through a scalable, repeatable, maintainable, cost effective process.
Must be currently proficient in application development skills - ABAP, .Net, C#, Perl, Java, etc.
Several years of experience providing development management support for large purchased packages that are installed and customized to meet the needs of a changing business. Preferably experience with SAP & MS-SQL Server Technical experience.
In-depth knowledge of technology stacks for SAP Enterprise Core Component, Business Intelligence, WebSAPConsole, Enterprise Portal, Process Integration (XI), SAP CE, SAP MDM, SAP TDMS and Solution Manager.
Strong leadership and people management (10 + years) skills. This candidate must be able to inspire and organize a high energy, deeply technical, highly motivated development and application support team including offshore resources.
Project management skills such as creating and managing project plans, resource allocation, and functional/technical design review is required as well as experience with competency in formal project and development methodology. A strong track record of creating, maintaining, and managing relationships with development partners and contractors development providers.
Experience with the management of all Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflow (RICEFW), including effectively documenting and articulating tactical and strategic requirements to management, business stakeholders.
