Executive Job Description | The position will be responsible for developing, administering, communicating, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of all HR processes across multiple operations facilities in areas including employee relations issues, recruitment, organizational development, and performance management and compliance requirements.
Successful candidates will have the following skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. MS in Human Resources or MBA preferred. * 15+ years of experience as a senior level Human Resources Manager with a proven track record of progressively increased Human Resources roles in manufacturing. * Experience overseeing HR initiatives across multiple locations * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency with MS Office, experience with PeopleSoft a plus Compensation: to $170K You MUST include your resume
