Executive Job Description	NYSE listed co seeks HR generalist to direct the HR function of two divisions with combined sales of $300MM who will partner with business operations to ensure complete understanding of business needs /objectives and resolves HR issues. Serves as HR liaison for succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, ER, compensation, benefits, EEO, training /development. Hands-on Human Resources Business Partner needed to provide HR oversight/support to diverse workforce in multiple locations. Lead staff of 5.
