Executive Job Description	Job Description: • Bring a strategic view of H/R to the plant • Position the H/R team as the incumbent Director of H/R to be the “go to” person for the H/R side of the business equation • Manage 3 direct reports • A seasoned experienced person will be the most successful when bringing a “strategic view” to H/R at his long-term company location • Be able to manage the H/R team in a 700 person unionized plant • Be able to negotiate contracts and administrate the contract • Bring new processes and systems in H/R to the business (IE- Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen events) • Be able to assist in the management development and deployment of new H/R process and practices in a progressive cellular manufacturing environment • Plant is in a growth mode that requires expert staffing & recruitment skills to properly staff the manufacturing team needs • Be able to ascend to the next level of management in a corporate role with the organization Requirements: • A recognized four year college degree Must have negotiated at least two union contracts in a manufacturing environment. (Must) •Have "change agency" mentality •Embrace the "Topgrading" philosophy of assessing a business team
