Job Description: World-Class Corporation - seeks a Health & Welfare Head of Excellence to provide leadership and direction to the Centers of Excellence teams. Duties include: ensuring quality products and services are provided to the customer base including Health and Welfare, Savings Plans, Pension and Wellness; managing and developing the staff; managing and executing all Health and Welfare programs including year end activities, open enrollment, and Health works program and execution; providing support, guidance and information in Labor contract negotiations; developing and completing the annual benefit plan design – including plan design, pricing, programming, open enrollment process, coordination with providers and vendors, and responsibilities of all participants to the process; and working with other managers to develop the Benefits strategy in Health and Welfare, Savings Plans, Pension and Wellness.
