Executive Job Description | Director of Health & Welfare Excellence - $140-170K + Bonus + relo package - Consumer Products Manufacturing - "CONFIDENTIAL JOB LOCATION" - Requirements: BS, Prefer MBA + certifications - 8+ years Health & Welfare experience within a large company (Fortune 200 min) – with 3+ years Savings Plan experience, 3+ years Pension experience; strong vendor management, shared services, union, and outsourcing experience. Labor contract negotiations; developing and completing the annual benefit plan design – including plan design, pricing, programming, open enrollment process, coordination with providers and vendors, and responsibilities of all participants to the process; and working with other managers to develop the Benefits strategy in Health and Welfare, Savings Plans, Pension and Wellness. |
