Executive Job Description | JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide independent and high-level strategic HR partnership to the Vice President, Sales and other Sales executives. Lead an HR team which provides generalist support to the Orthopaedics Selling organization. Oversee delivery of HR service, including employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, change management, and decision support on the human capital dimension of the business to a large and complex sales organization. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to provide seamless, effective full-service HR support to clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide overall management and leadership to team of HR generalists.
Participate on the HR Client Services leadership team, providing overall HR direction and advising clients on employment practices, corporate and divisional policies/procedures, compensation and recognition programs.
Develop key business partnerships and lead initiatives that build capabilities in staffing, identifying/building talent, building employee engagement, reward and recognition, and aligning/defining organizational structure.
10+ years experience as a successful HR generalist supporting multiple business groups with 5+ years experience leading one or more professionals.
Demonstrated ability to interact, influence and partner with high level sales executives.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and tactical HR support to a sales business.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation administration (including sales incentive plans) and benefits administration
BS in related field; MS/MBA preferred.
