Executive Job Description | Job Description: Dynamic opportunity reporting to the Chief Architect, the Director of Enterprise Architecture partners closely within IT and all business units to take the IT Enterprise Architecture Program to the next level so that IT can lead the client to communicate, collaborate, innovate and grow the business. . Principal Architect of the overall IT Strategy roadmap . Leads and facilitates teams of cross-functional directors and executives. Develops agendas, helps teams develop strategy and plans, orchestrates execution. . Assists the IT senior leadership team with overall Enterprise Architecture governance, adoption and value metrics. Participates in Boards and Councils as required to represent IT Enterprise Architecture. . Evangelizes Enterprise Architecture within the client, IT and to customers at senior levels.
Experience and Qualifications: • Demonstrated analytical horsepower in a fast-paced environment • Experience in wireless technology, finance, or insurance industry preferred but not critical • Ability to creatively gather external and internal research and apply to business strategy • Proven ability to influence and lead at all levels • Ability to integrate multiple viewpoints and synthesize key messages • Comfort with quantitative as well as qualitative analysis • Ideally 5-7 years of post-undergraduate experience leading teams within a Technology or Strategy environment • Excellence in developing and presenting high impact documents and presentations models that influence senior leaders and drive teams to solutions • Superior personal productivity and time management skills • Demonstrated creative problem solving and entrepreneurial character highly valued • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% of time . Successful experience of leading High Powered teams • Bachelors degree in Technology, Engineering, Science or Business - Masters degree preferred
