Executive Job Description | Competencies:
·Broad exposure to global accounting book-closing and consolidated financial statements processes.
·Experience in financial statement consolidations, including multiple functional currency entities and complex intercompany relationships.
·Keen understanding of foreign currency conversion, revaluation and translation.
·Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements.
·Experience in performing technical accounting research, and exposure to complex accounting issues such as stock-based compensation, fair value accounting, and revenue recognition.
·Organized and attentive to details.
·Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
·Excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.
Education/Experience:
·Finance executive with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
·CPA required.
·Minimum of 10 years experience. A mix of experience in Big 4 public accounting and public company financial management is preferred, but not necessarily required.
