Executive Job Description | Our client, a $6.7 billion, international, publicly traded, medical company with 45,000 employees seeks a Director, Compensation. The Compensation Director will provide leadership for the Corporate Compensation staff who oversee annual salary planning (merit and bonus administration), field compensation consultation, salary survey library, market pricing and job evaluation, and the design and implementation of compensation programs. This includes all domestic and international client groups. Qualifications • BA/BS, Master's degree and CCP certification preferred • 10+ years experience in compensation, 3 years in leadership role, and 3 years compensation plan design and consulting • Experience with medical personnel compensation and total compensation for non-exempt populations a plus. • Excellent Organizational, Business, Problem Solving, Strong oral and written communications skills as well as presentation skills a plus.
