Executive Job Description | Director of Compensation – Job Code EDC Join a Fortune 100 company that is in the forefront of exploring alternative energy sources! This $31.6B forward-thinking energy company has more than 13,000 employees around the world. The Director will support a metro New York business unit of 8,500 employees and take responsibility for the design, development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of all compensation programs, with emphasis on incentive and sales compensation design. Ideal candidate will have experience working in organizations with varied business units (i.e., different product lines, business models, business maturity curves) and experience working in a retail environment and/or in M&A, as well as extensive hands-on experience designing compensation programs, both domestically and internationally, including incentive and/or sales plans. Position offers the potential for a future expatriate assignment in Europe or Asia.
