Executive Job Description	Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits Location: Camden, New Jersey (Philadelphia region) Salary: Excellent Our client is one of southern New Jersey's leading health care providers. Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs for the Health System. Functions as part of the Health System's Human Resources management team. • Bachelor's Degree required. • Masters preferred. • 5-8 years experience required, 8+ years experience preferred. • Certifications preferred for this job: CEBS or CCP Understanding of the legal framework for pay and benefits programs.
