Executive Job Description	Director of Compensation Location: New York, New York Salary: Excellent Local candidates preferred Our hospital client serves as a major healthcare resource for the greater New York Metropolitan area. They are seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Director of Compensation within a newly formed HR team. Reports to VP of HR Operations The successful individual will be both hands-on and strategic and will lead all compensation related strategies in support of newly evolved business strategies. Additionally, you should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the organization. • Priority is to build the function from the ground up. • Should have experience in incentive comp as we move toward a performance oriented culture. • Dynamic individual This position requires a minimum of a BS degree and the appropriate level of experience.
