Executive Job Description	Pharma-Cruiting Life Sciences Executive Search is seeking a Director, Business Development for our pharmaceutical client to develop their OTC business plan. Position Summary: Develop & execute OTC Business plan of the Company. Strengthen Business with current partner & explore new partners for OTC products. Identify OTC Business opportunity for future expansion. Analyze emerging trends within the pharmaceutical industry in OTC. Propose new product concept. Contribute and follow the feasibility study process (product concept exploration, research, market visit) to validate new business idea. Identify market potential. Develop annual business plan. Essential Job Functions: 1. Manage and achieve targeted sales value for OTC brands. 2. Evaluate market potential for new product & recommend the business plan for new launch. 3. Monitor and evaluate activities and results (e.g. sales achievement, market share, brand check) 4.Ensure that every key activity has a contract that has been approved by the legal department 5.Track and report on brand performance and competitor tracking 6.Develop launch plans for new product 7.Track, conduct analysis on other issues that can be related to the brand (economy, politics, and technology). EDUCATION Bachelors or advanced degree in business or sciences EXPERIENCE 5 to 8 years in the OTC pharmaceuticals Industry REQUIRED SKILLS Strong analytic and critical thinking/ Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication abilities.
