Executive Job Description	Director of Business Development The Director of Business Development will develop, define and drive new product initiatives and business level solutions at a detailed level from initiation to delivery. The Director of Business Development will focus on developing relationships with the firm's enterprise clients. Responsibilities: • Drive the business development process • Identify business opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships with partners and senior level executives • Lead in both formulating account strategy and executing the plan • Support new business pre-sales process, as well as up-sell within the existing client community • Identify new, innovative business solutions that are commercially viable against the backdrop of existing development/delivery plans • Own business solution initiatives, including working with internal departments to ensure technical solutions are met Requirements • 10+ years of extensive experience in financial services • Experience within the sell-side community preferred • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of electronic trading • 5+ years of business development experience • Proven record of selling customized, complex software products at the
