Executive Job Description	Lincoln Technical Institute, located in Edison, NJ is seeking an outstanding leader to be the DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS at our growing allied health campus of approximately 1,000 students. We are looking for an exceptional leader who can manage and coach our existing admissions representatives. As the Director of Admissions, your primary role is to: * Achieve the admissions budgets -- start and enrollment * Manage an Adult and High School Market * Manage the enrollment process from hiring, training, supervising and coaching * Conduct meetings to set start and enrollment goals * Supervise and monitor working leads Job Requirements This position requires a motivated individual with a high energy and ability to multi task. Prior experience in a proprietary (career education) education institution necessary. You must be a people person, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and create a winning sales team. Experience in inside sales and 3-5 years management experience. Bachelor's degree required.
