Executive Job Description | General Summary Responsible for leading the short and long term strategic direction and managing the day-to-day of the web/social marketing projects. Principal Duties and Accountabilities (*Essential Functions) • Lead the short and long term strategic direction and manage & execute the day-to-day of the web/social marketing projects.
• Manage and execute all web/social marketing projects to ensure on-time execution. o Website Redesigns, Upgrades and Content o Social Media Platforms o Gaming o eCommerce o Online Internal Tools (Partner Site & On-line University)
• Ensure team is adhering to web/social best practices from a technical standpoint.
• Responsible for developing and communicating web/social metrics.
• Accountable for managing the appropriate marketing budget as well as reporting on qualitative and quantitative results on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Works with the Product, MCD, Accessories, Channel teams to ensure the execution of tactical online marketing plans.
• Responsible for hiring, developing and coaching direct reports.
Qualifications, Educational Skills and Experience
Education/Experience: • Bachelor degree in Communications – eCommerce/Internet Marketing required (MBA preferred). Minimum of 4 to 6 years web/social marketing experience within a Consumer Goods environment (minimum of 2 years of consecutive Digital Marketing Manager experience)
Other Skills and Abilities: • Sitecore experience (preferred) • Thought leader on web design and social media • Project management skills • Experience with creative development process and program execution • Highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills • Experienced in managing and directing agencies • Self-starter and able to work independently and work effectively within cross-functional teams • Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details, adept at creative thinking and problem solving • Passionate about the business opportunity and strong communication skills
