Executive Job Description	Defense Sales Manager - $120,000 - $150,000 plus EBITDA based bonus - Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Aftermarket Services & Support - POSITION CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE USA! Serve as responsible point of contact for sales activities and customer interface in the US Government and Defense segment of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Candidate will have good working knowledge of the US Government and Defense UVS industry and be able to lead activities for business capture of targeted UVS aftermarket service and support opportunities. BS degree required (Engineering or Technical preferred - Deep knowledge of Unmanned Vehicle Systems (UVS) operations and experience working with US Government and Defense customers in unmanned vehicle market segment. Experience selling to prime OEMs or direct to US Government and Defense entities. Thorough understanding of US Government and Defense UVS market with knowledge of relevant procurement processes and aftermarket service life cycle. Strong technical and business acumen. Strong background in technical sales and/or program management. Prior US Government and Defense sales experience and active customer network in aftermarket service/support strongly desired. OTHER SKILLS: Self-starter with minimal supervision. Problem solving ability. Analytical skills. Computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
