Executive Job Description | Customer Marketing Manager – Commercial, Brea, CA Reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Field Sales. Is an active and engaged member of the Commercial Channel Leadership Team Leads of team of Marketing Account Managers and Business Development specialists Understand and articulate Customer’s Marketing strategies (corporate & merchants) for United Stationers, SP Richards, Dealer Groups, AOPD, OPMA, Independent Dealer Channel. Owns adaptation and customization of BU strategies into customer-specific programs (i.e. new products launch marketing support, seasonal promotions) Manage Customer Marketing budget Working closely with Brea support group and NAMs in catalog review and marketing vehicle development Own integration of product strategies for customer team Articulate the marketing strategy and initiatives of the merchandising group Provide category analysis on a monthly basis (minimum) and highlight trends, business drivers and promotional opportunities. Work closely with NSM to develop and execute of field sales tools, communication methods (partners site), training, literature, sampling, consumer work and all other field sales requirements B.A. degree required, MBA preferred 5-8 Years of commercial channel account management experience 5-8 Years experience in customer marketing Strong presentation skills Strong computer and analytical skills Financial analysis Project management
