Executive Job Description | I have been retained by a manufacturer in Wisconsin to source a Corporate Controller.
My client is in growth mode and has grown from $70mm to $230mm in the last three years. They will be around $500mm in the next two years. They are profitable and debt free
I am looking for a CPA coming from at least a $150mm+ manufacturer. Need heavy GAAP experience, Some type of business software i.e. Hyperion or Cognos.
Self starting, empowering leader, hands on, Mid West values and convictions, change agent, a teacher trainer, team builder and can challenge the figures.
This person will manager a Department of approximately twelve and report to a CFO. B.S. in Accounting and a CPA is what they are requesting.
Base salary of around a $100k and a discretionary bonus will be the range.
