Executive Job Description	This individual will take the lead responsibility of the oversight, design, implementation, and monitoring of our global compensation programs. A candidate who can provide leadership and establish strategic direction for direct and variable compensation and maintain oversight of our benefits programs to attract and retain quality employees in a dynamic and rapidly growing professional services company. The right candidate will possess 10 or more years of progressive HR leadership experience in an entrepreneurial corporate or start-up environment which has included managing the design, delivery and maintenance incentive compensation programs (cash and equity), position classification and performance management systems. Ideal educational preparation is a masters degree in business administration or human resources management (or a related discipline) or equivalent experience. Looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Among the traits that we strongly desire: detail-orientation, ability to work interchangeably in independent and team-based environments, effective multi-tasking, and the ability to interact with staff at all levels. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.
