Executive Job Description | Compensation Director – Job Code CDG Our client has longevity—it has been in operation for over 120 years! This $7.5 industry leader has three businesses, and is seeking an energetic Compensation Director for the largest, which houses with 20,000+ employees. Successful candidate will direct the design, development and implementation of compensation policies, structures and practices for the organization and assist with the development of Compensation long-range visionary goals and initiatives. In addition, he/she will head up the company’s executive pay and work with the Corporate HR team to develop, design, implement and communicate programs that support the Company’s total rewards initiatives to ensure efficiency and consistency across the divisions, and provide a diverse employee relations environment. The Director will also play a significant role in the implementation of on-line performance and management systems.
Position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and reports on a dotted line to the Sr. Director of Compensation and Benefits. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and be well versed in executive pay, sales compensation and merit pay.
